Nous avons mangé un simple roti de porc...
mais les choses les plus simples st souvent les meilleures surtout quand c'est bien préparé et que ceci ajoute du moelleux et confit la viande....

j'ai habité 8 ans en sologne et entre les faisans, les perdrix, les sangliers et les chevreuils, les colverts et les lapins, j'étais servi
un bon civet de sanglier accompagné de girolles et cèpes
là oui !

v'la que j'ai faim, c'est malin.
en meme temps j'ai fait un repas.. du jms vu.
poisson pas cuit, gratin choux fleur cru (pas cuit lol), et des bananes noyees dans le rhum.
la cuisiniere avait la tete ailleurs ;-)
